Staying true to the history of this building while giving the new owners every modern convenience, Kim and Phoebe carefully restored a grand apartment in a Victorian town house, located in the prestigious Belsize Park area of London.

Working with the client’s architect, the team created a comfortable, modern 3-bedroom home while preserving the original character and period features.
