Acquired by a private developer, Church Road was originally a small bungalow on a large plot of land in Hertfordshire. Once planning permission was granted, Houblon House were commissioned to turn the dated 1930’s property into a luxury modern family home.

By making best use of the natural light and creating large living spaces, Kim and Phoebe transformed the property into a stylish and desirable home.
