Islandbridge Properties acquired the former agricultural and equestrian land, set in the heart of Epping Forest, and gained planning to create 12 luxury homes.

Houblon House was introduced at the design stage to give each home a distinctive yet cohesive identity, and followed the project through to a highly successful completion.
