Kim and Phoebe typically get involved at the concept stage, working with architects and consultants to help shape integral aspects such as the lighting design layouts, electrical plans, internal floor plans and furniture layout drawings. They can also advise on the exterior aesthetic and landscaping design, connecting the finished interior to the outside space.

As the lead designers for Islandbridge Properties, with a comprehensive role encompassing all aspects of design and build, Kim and Phoebe are fully conversant in the technical elements that are so essential to good design.
