Team
Building on 30 years of experience in the high-end residential sector, Houblon House is a collaboration between Kim Menzies and Phoebe Phillips. The lead designer at Islandbridge Properties, and with an international client base, Kim is well known for creating elegant spaces that reflect clients’ unique tastes.
This focus on individuality is shared by Phoebe, who trained at the British Academy of Interior design, and also brings a rare knowledge of the technical aspects needed to deliver a flawless result, including architecture, electrical layouts and engineering.
